Broadly speaking, it’s aimed at any institution that has a need to manage students. This includes colleges, universities, distance learning and home study centres and also in-house company training.

In addition, our systems have the latest firewall and security protection, and are continually updated.

We take security very seriously and follow the advice of the High Street banks. We recommend that passwords are at least six characters long and contain at least one number. Passwords are case sensitive, and it improves security further to include both uppercase (capital letters) and lowercase. It’s also best not to use whole words or names, or familiar dates such as birthdays.
Students can upload files of up to 8 MB in size, which in our experience is more than enough.
Most of our students use Microsoft Word, but most common file types such as PDF, Excel and text (ASCII) are okay. If you ever have difficulty, simply fire off a support ticket and we’ll do our best to help.
